Abder is responsible for the Enterprise Architecture and Center of Excellence Architecture. He partners with executives in helping businesses to optimize their IT investments and ensure technology support corporate goals and add value across business lines.

Abder is an accomplished technology leader with more than twenty years’ experience leading global architecture and service delivery for multibillion-dollar companies. Known for his ability to engage with key client decision makers, Abder excels at eliciting key insights into business and technology challenges, pain points, and opportunities.

Prior to Farmers, Abder held many positions at Hewlett-Packard and has quickly advanced to Senior Global Manager of Technology Services. In this role, he led a $7B division providing a large portfolio of technology support and consulting services spanning multiple practice areas.

Prior to joining HP, Abder has worked for firms ranging from a small start-up (Ten Dots) to large multi-nationals (SONY, TOYOTA).
